The Kosher Billionaire’s Secret Recipe

s-secret-recipe.jpgSophia Loren stops by with her favorite Panacotta recipe, and Chris Botti is invited to play for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner. Not everyone lives the jetsetting life but with this book by my client Stacy Cohen (I am her personal sommelier) you can take a very close look at the clothes, shoes, jewelry, planes, cars, and home of a billionaire power couple who keeps trim and fit despite constant temptation. The book is lavishly photographed and features sophisticated, healthful recipes, such as Roast Stuffed Shoulder of Lamb with Grilled Zucchini and Celery Root Puree, paired, of course, with fabulous Kosher wines such as Bodegas Ramon Bilbao Rioja Reserva 2001 and Laurent Perrier Kosher Brut Champagne.
